Habañero Cocktail and Ceviche

Today’s Happy Hour at Home is hot and spicy in celebration of Cinco de Mayo, which is more of a US "holiday" than a Mexican holiday!

The Habañero cocktail might just be a little overboard so we recommend substituting a jalapeño or a dried hot chili.

The ceviche is a fresh and clean counterpoint to the cocktail.
