Mark Your Calendar – Cheese Festival Approaching!

The Seattle Cheese Festival is planned for May 16 – 18, this year.  You can already sign up for seminars and if you are interested you should reserve your place sooner rather than later as most, if not all, will well out. 

New this year is a Grilled Cheese Sandwich contest.  The deadline for entry has already passed but look for the winner’s sandwich to be features at the DeLaurenti café during the festival.

    Pecorino, Formaggini, Parmigiano, Provolone, Formaggio Asiago, Provola piccante! Do you like italian cheese? ^_^

    Mose:  Yes I LOVE Italian cheeses!  Couldn\’t live without them.  And there will be a lot of them at this festival – cheese from all over the world. 
     
    Renay:  Thanks!  It\’s still a little bit away but it is always a good time.  This is the 4th year they\’ve had it and they get a little better at it every year.  I\’m looking forward to it!
